I know people can often feel discouraged, isolated, and angry by interactions with loved ones, especially with the stressors of today’s busy lives.

As a mom, wife, daughter, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Infant/Toddler Mental Health Specialist, I am here to support, empower, and guide you to thrive in love and life. In my fifteen years of working with couples, families, and children, I have seen how powerful healthy relationships can bring great happiness and healing.

My story:

My personal and professional life have lead me to this point in my life where I can have the practice of my dreams to help empower other couples and families locally as well as across the country. I started my career in Los Angeles where I got my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Southern California. I enjoyed amazing training in Psychodynamic Therapy (the “old school” Freud stuff) and Narrative Therapy (the postmodern “hippy” stuff). I then returned to Texas, where I had previously gotten my undergraduate degree. In Texas, I became and Infant & Toddler Mental Health Specialist and enjoyed working with infants/toddlers, parents, couples, and families in Early Childhood Intervention as well as in my full time private practice. Now that brings me to my current practice right back here, in Florida, where I grew up and now get to raise my little one with all the comfort and joy of grandparents and the beach!
